Accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans
Our clinic accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance under specific conditions:
- Medicare Advantage Plan – If you have a BCBS Medicare Advantage plan, we accept your insurance and will handle claim submissions on your behalf.
- Out-of-Network Benefits – If you do not have a Medicare Advantage Plan, you must have an out-of-network benefit with your BCBS policy. If you do, we will submit your claim to your insurance provider. However, full payment for your visit is required at the time of service.
What If I Don’t Have These Benefits?
If you do not have a BCBS Medicare Advantage Plan or out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance provider for questions regarding your coverage.
How to Check Your Insurance Benefits
Insurance plans can vary, so we recommend that you:
- Call the customer service number on the back of your Blue Cross Blue Shield card.
- Ask if you have a BCBS Medicare Advantage Plan or out-of-network benefits for podiatry care.
- Confirm whether you have any deductibles, copays, or coinsurance that may apply to your visit.
